Ingredients

1 fresh Kiwi fruit (fresh)
1 1/4 oz Vodka
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Prosecco

How to make

Serve in a flute glass

  1. 1 Cut kiwi in half, scoop out flesh into base of shaker and MUDDLE
  2. 2 Add next three ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
  3. 3 TOP with prosecco.
