1 2/3 oz Chinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)
1/2 oz Crème de cassis
3 oz Prosecco

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered blackberries or Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.

Method

  1. 3 POUR first 2 ingredients into glass.
  2. 4 Briefly STIR.
  3. 5 Add prosecco.
  4. 6 FILL glass with ice.
