History

Pungent rum's bold character pairs with a bittersweet liqueur and sweet vermouth. A Negroni variation worth exploring, though not universally appealing.

Joaquín Simó created this drink in 2013. He was working at Pouring Ribbons, a bar in New York City, USA, when he invented it.
