1 1/2 oz Amaretto liqueur
1 oz Gin
1/3 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/3 oz Passion fruit syrup
1 oz Lemon juice

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (cut like a shark fin) and cranberry bitters or grenadine.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
  2. 6 Garnish with drops on cranberry bitters or grenadine on lemon twist (for bloody shark attack).

This is an adaptation of a recipe by Tess Posthumus, from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Tess states, "The cocktail I won the international Disaronno Mixing Star finals with back in 2013. It is inspired by one of my favourite movies, Jaws."
