12 fresh Blueberries (fresh)
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered blueberries (or blackberries).

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE blueberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with skewered blueberries (or blackberries).
  2. 7 Serve with a straw.
