2 oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Aromatic bitters
2 1/2 oz Ginger beer
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel and strawberry slice.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker.
- 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6 TOP with ginger beer and briefly stir.

- 7 Garnish with lemon and strawberry slices.
