1 fresh Kiwi fruit (fresh)
2 oz Gin
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of kiwi slice.

Method

  1. 3 Cut kiwi fruit in half, using a spoon, scoop the flesh into base of shaker and MUDDLE.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish wit kiwi slice in rim.
