Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Tawny port
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda from siphon
How to make
Serve in a fizz or highball (8oz to 10oz)
- 1 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into empty chilled glass
- 2 TOP with soda from a siphon.
