Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Bonbon syrup
3/4 oz Pomegranate juice
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1 oz Medium dry cider
3 dash Aphrodite Bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker
- 2 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass
- 3 TOP up with cider and add bitters onto foam for aroma.
