Ingredients
1 oz Light white rum
1 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 wedge Lime (fresh)
12 fresh Mint leaves
Top up with Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 POUR first 4 ingredients into glass with lime wedges and mint
- 2 Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir)
- 3 Fill glass with more crushed ice and TOP with Prosecco.
