1 2/3 oz Spiced rum
5/12 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 1/2 oz Ginger beer

How to make

Serve in a copper mug or collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COPPER MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime slice and mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 POUR first 3 ingredients into mug/glass.
  2. 4 Briefly STIR.
  3. 5 Fill glass two-thirds full with cubed ice.
  4. 6 TOP with ginger beer and fill glass with a crown of crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with lime slice and mint sprigs bouquet.
  2. 8 Serve with a straw.
