1/2 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/2 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/6 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 2/3 oz Boiling water

Serve in a toddy glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. 3 POUR all ingredients into pre-warmed heat-proof glass.
  4. 4 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
