History
This grappa cocktail is fresh, zesty, and citrusy, with a creamy mouthfeel, embodying the Itameshi concept of Italian-Japanese culinary fusion.
This cocktail was created in 2025 by Joerg Meyer at his Le Lion bar in Hamburg, Germany. It was conceived to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the German magazine Feinschmecker. Joerg's original recipe specifies 50ml Nonino UE Malvasia and 20ml Kiyoko Yuzu Aperitif.
