- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and coffee beans.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6 Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.

History
Cream softens Galliano's peppermint-led, herbal and spirituous notes, adding coffee and orange.
Donato "Duke" Antone, credited with the creation of the Harvey Wallbanger, is also said to have invented the Italian Fascination in the 1950s or 1960s. This cocktail made an appearance in Stanley M. Jones' 1977 Jones' Complete Barguide and Mark Torre's 1984 The Bartender's Cherry. Stanley M.
