History

This lower alcohol variation on Dick Bradsell's Espresso Martini might lack the punch of a base spirit, but a substantial amaro provides a welcome herbal bitterness.

Nicholas Boden created this drink circa 2022 at Tavernonna Italian Kitchen, Hotel Phillips in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. This version is adapted from his original recipe.
