1 oz Ferro China
1 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
4 drop Mint bitters

Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Deep mahogany colour; recognisably Negroni family, with a flat, Coke-like ferro china mellowing note making classic Negroni seem harsh.
The gin volume was increased to 45ml (1½oz) and peppermint bitters were added in September 2025.
