Serve in a tin
- 1 POUR all ingredients into tin, add ice and churn with spoon
- 2 <strong>Special ingredient #1</strong> = Hazelnut and orange blossom syrup
- 3 Blend the following and super fine strain
- 4 15g Citric acid
- 5 7ml Orange blossom water
- 6 275g Caster sugar
- 7 120ml Hazelnut liqueur
- 8 4 Cardamom pods
- 9 5g Maldon sea salt
- 10 5ml Vanilla curd
- 11 120ml Benedictine
- 12 275g Water
