History
Elderflower liqueur enhances the brandy's floral character. Absinthe dashes provide balance and aniseed complexity.
The name alludes to the Saint-Germain district in Paris, situated on the left bank of the River Seine. It also serves as a reference to absinthe and its prohibition in France before the war, a ban partly attributed to the belief that it incited madness.
