Ingredients

1 1/3 oz Gin
1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
1/3 oz Apricot eau-de-vie
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2/3 oz Lime juice
3 dash Creole bitters

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime slice or wedge (or apricot) on rim.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

Fruity and sweet 'n' sour with gin-laced stone fruit and lime. For dry/sour palates, reduce sugar syrup to 7.5ml (¼oz) if using 2:1 syrup (10ml for 1:1 syrup).
