3/4 oz Jalapeño tequila
3/4 oz Mezcal
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
1/6 oz Sugar cane syrup

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of salt rim (coat one-third outside of glass with lime juice and salt).
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

History

A stirred drink with citrus; jalapeños may merely warm or scorch. Alternatively, omit jalapeños and replace 5ml (1/6oz) sugar syrup with 10ml chili liqueur. Shaking is also an option.
