2 oz Old Tom gin
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 oz Chilled water
3 oz Boiling water
How to make
Serve in a toddy glass
- 1 Place bar spoon in empty (ideally warmed glass)
- 2 POUR all ingredients into glass and then STIR.
