1 knob Unsalted butter
2 oz Bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Boiling water
How to make
Serve in a toddy glass
- 1 Place bar spoon in warmed glass
- 2 Add ingredients and STIR until butter dissolves.
