1 1/2 oz Honey and mint gin
2/3 oz Amontillado sherry
1/2 oz Honey and water syrup
1/2 oz Apple juice

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of float mint leaf or peg to rim.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
