1 oz Honey and water syrup
1 1/2 oz Lime juice
3 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 STIR (7 spoons of) honey with lime juice in base of shaker until honey dissolves
  2. 2 SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  3. 3 TOP with soda.
