Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Krupnik liqueur
3/4 oz Crème de cassis
1 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
