1 cube Superfine/caster sugar
1/6 oz Absinthe
1/2 oz Citrus vodka
1/2 oz Chili pepper vodka
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a flute glass

  1. 1 Soak sugar cube with absinthe and drop into chilled glass
  2. 2 POUR other ingredients over sugar cube and serve.
