12 fresh Mint leaves
2 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Honey herbal liqueur
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a julep tin

  1. 1 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice
  2. 2 CHURN (stir) the drink using a bar spoon
  3. 3 Top the glass with more crushed ice so as to fill it and churn again
  4. 4 Serve with straws.
