5/6 oz Pineapple juice
5/12 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/6 oz Maraschino liqueur
4 drop Daiquiri bitters

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge on rim and speared Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
