5/6 oz Reposado tequila
5/6 oz Grand Marnier
5/6 oz Lime juice
4 drop Saline solution 4:1
2 barspoon Strawberry jam
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of dehydrated strawberry slices and Tajín seasoning.
Method
- 3 POUR first 4 ingredients into shaker.
- 4 Add strawberry jam and use a barspoon to combine with the other ingredients.
- 5 SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with dehydrated strawberry slices dusted with Tajín seasoning.
