Ingredients
1 slice red chili pepper
1 slice Fresh ginger
2 oz Light white rum
1 oz Honey herbal liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice
2 barspoon Honey sugar syrup
2 dash Orange bitters
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
- 1 MUDDLE ginger and chilli in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine-strain into chilled glass.
