Ingredients
1 sprig Rosemary sprig
10 dried Raisins
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/3 oz Chilled water
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE rosemary and raisins with gin in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 6 Garnish with rosemary sprig.
