Ingredients
1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
Kiwi fruit (fresh)
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1 1/2 oz Apple juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of kiwi slice.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE cucumber and kiwi in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with kiwi slice.
