Ingredients
3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 oz Absinthe
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 oz Lime juice
2 1/4 oz Chilled water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker
- 2 Add remaining ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
