Green Apple and Cucumber Martini

Ingredients
1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
2 oz Cucumber vodka
1/2 oz Sour apple liqueur
1/2 oz Apple juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of cucumber slices.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping).
- 4 Add other ingredients.
- 5 SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
