1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/4 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Soda water

Serve in a wine glass

  1. 1 POUR ingredients into ice-filled glass and stir
  2. 2 (Rather than measuring what is around a barspoon of lemon juice, you may prefer to gently squeeze the lemon wedge garnish prior dropping into the drink.

A lightly elderflower, rather dry, refreshing spritz-style drink.

The Chase Distillery first promoted this drink in late 2015. The original formulation specified Chase Vodka and Chase Elderflower, which inspired its name.
