Ingredients
3/4 oz White crème de menthe
3/4 oz White crème de cacao
1/2 oz Mezcal
1/4 oz Mint fernet amaro
1/6 oz Absinthe
1 1/4 oz Heavy/double cream
1 pea Green food colour gel
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of grated chocolate and mint sprigs.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish
- 5 Dust with grated chocolate and garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
- 6 Serve with a straw.
