Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Rose petal liqueur
2/3 oz Sauvignon Blanc wine
2/3 oz Apple juice
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.
Method
- 3 POUR all ingredients into a chilled glass.
- 4 Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and SWIZZLE.
- 5 FILL glass with more crushed ice.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish and serve with a straw.
