  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered cucumber slither roll.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

A delicately flavoured, summery gin sour, ideal for late afternoon with cucumber sandwiches.

This cocktail is adapted from a creation by Adam Minegar at Hemlock Bar, located in Catskill, New York, USA. The original recipe specifies 22.5ml (¾oz) of homemade cucumber syrup, prepared with equal parts white sugar and extracted, strained English cucumber juice, in place of the two sugar syrups.
