Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1/2 oz Galliano liqueur
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Whipping cream
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Orange bitters
How to make
Serve in a martini glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This is an adaptation of a drink created in 2002 by Peter Dorelli at The American Bar in The Savoy Hotel, London, England. It was made to commemorate the Queen's golden jubilee.
