1 oz Blanco tequila
1/2 oz Chartreuse Yellow
1/2 oz Aromatized wine
1/4 oz White crème de cacao
1 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
  2. 6 Garnish with skewered maraschino cherries.

This recipe was adapted from a creation around 2022 by Michael Fifelski at the Harvey House in Madison, Wisconsin. It is a variation on Jim Meehan's 21st Century.
