2/3 oz Pear and cognac liqueur
2/3 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Sauvignon Blanc wine
1/2 oz Apple juice
3 drop Tonka bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

Serve in a coupe glass

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
