12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Blended light 3-5yo rum
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.

Method

  1. 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in glass (just to bruise).
  2. 4 POUR other ingredients into glass.
  3. 5 FILL glass with ice.

  1. 6 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
