Ingredients
2 slice Fresh ginger
2 barspoon Honey
2 oz Scotch whisky
1/4 oz Hazelnut liqueur
1/4 oz Butterscotch liqueur
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
- 4 Add honey and whisky and STIR until honey dissolves.
- 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 7 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
