Ingredients
1 barspoon Orange marmalade
1 1/3 oz Vodka
1 oz Kumquat liqueur
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Agave syrup
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of half kumquat.
Method
- 3 STIR marmalade with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve marmalade.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with half kumquat on rim.
