Ingredients
2 barspoon Honey
1 1/2 oz Gin
1 oz Triple sec
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/4 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Lemon-lime soda
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel and mint sprigs.
Method
- 3 STIR honey with gin in base of shaker until honey is dissolved.
- 4 Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring lemonade.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with orange slice and mint sprigs bouquet.
