History

Gin-forward, this pale golden cocktail suits aperitivo or digestive. Try 30ml London Dry Gin and 10ml citrus gin if a circa 47% alc./vol. citrus gin is unavailable.

Bartender Michele Di Firmo and his colleague Walter Boero created this recipe in 2023 at the Dal Medico bar in Verona, Italy. Their original recipe specifies 35ml of Tanqueray No. Ten Gin.
