Ingredients
2 fresh Lemon peel
1 1/2 oz Galliano liqueur
3/4 oz Hazelnut liqueur
3/4 oz Triple sec
1 1/4 oz Apple juice
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of star anise.
Method
- 3 SQUEEZE the oils from and drop each of the two lemon zests into the shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and REGAL SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
