1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3/4 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
3/4 oz Ginger liqueur

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients
  2. 2 SHAKE again with ice and strain into chilled glass.
