Ingredients

2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a sling glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with lemon slice.
