1 1/2 oz Grapefruit gin
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pink grapefruit wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with grapefruit wedge.
